Half Moon Cookies


Ingredients:
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cocoa
Mix all ingredients together in order given. Beat until smooth. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet, allowing 2-inches of space between cookies to allow for spreading.Bake in a preheated 400°F oven for about 7 minutes. Cool and frost half of each cookie with vanilla icing and half with chocolate icing.
(you can also use white chocolate or white almond bark) and dark chocolate or regular almond bark)
Yield: 2 dozen.
                                                                                                                            
WHITE FROSTING:
Combine 2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 2 cups powdered sugar. Add milk and moisten.
CHOCOLATE FROSTING:
Same ingredients but add 2 tablespoons cocoa.

Chocolate's made easy

This is for all my followers that are chocolate lovers and don’t have the money to buy it yourself this is a simple way to get more bangs for your buck

Homemade Chocolate's 
·       2 cups of coco powder
·       3/4 cups butter
·       3/4 cups cain sugar
·       1/2 powdered sugar
·       2/3 cup milk
·       1/4 cup of flower
Step 1: place cocoa and butter in mixer and mix until it is a paste
Step 2: Roll paste into small balls
Step 3: Fill a pot ¼ of the way with water and place the balls in to the water and warm up them up
Step 4: strain out balls and place them back in mixer and mix until smooth.
Step 5: add sugar, milk, and flower into the mixer and mix well
Step 6: after it is mixed well pour into molds or ice trays and place in refrigerator until hardened.  
Yields: 28 chocolates if using ice trays could yield more if using molds
